SPLIT RETROACTIVE DATE ENDORSEMENT

In consideration for the premium having been paid, it is hereby understood and agreed that, the Limits of Liability and Retroactive Date (hereinafter " Endorsed Retro ") listed in the Forms & Notices section of the Declarations apply in place of, and not in addition to, the first listed Limits of Liability and Retroactive Date (hereinafter " Policy Retro ") set forth in Items 3 and 6 of the Declarations with respect to coverage for any Claim first made against the Assured during the Period of Insurance arising out of any act, error or omission of the Assured in rendering or failing to render Professional Services on or after the Endorsed Retro , unless also on or after the Policy Retro , but before the Endorsed Retro .

Nothing herein contained shall be held to vary, alter, waive, or extend any of the items of the Declarations , Insuring Agreements, Exclusions, Conditions, or other provisions of the Policy or endorsements thereto, other than as stated herein.
