RETRO EXTENSION ENDORSEMENT

In consideration of the premium having been paid, it is hereby understood and agreed that, with respect to any Claims first made against the Assured during the Period of Insurance arising out of any act, error or omission of the Assured in rendering or failing to render Professional Services taking place before the Retroactive Date set forth in Item 6 of this Policy's Declarations , but on or subsequent to the date (" Prior Retro ") set forth in item 6 of the prior policy declarations (" Prior Declarations ") issued by Underwriters having the policy number set forth immediately following the listing of this Retro Extension Endorsement in the Forms and Endorsements section of this Policy's Declarations , Underwriters agree to afford coverage subject to the per claim limit of liability (" Prior Limit ") set forth in item 3 of the Prior Declarations .

It is further understood and agreed that application of the Prior Limit to any Claim pursuant to the foregoing paragraph shall not serve to augment the per Claim or aggregate Limits of Liability specified in Item 3 of this Policy's Declarations , and the payment of such limits shall be entirely subject to all other terms and conditions of this Insurance Policy .

Nothing herein contained shall be held to vary, alter, waive, or extend any of the items of the Declarations , Insuring Agreements, Exclusions, Conditions, or other provisions of the Policy or endorsements thereto, other than as stated herein.
