Professional Services Inclusion Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that this Policy provides coverage for any Claim arising out of Professional Services rendered by the Assureds as well as those additional services listed under Forms & Notices on the Declarations.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
