Large Trust Exclusionary Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is hereby understood and agreed that that coverage under this Policy does not apply to Damages and Claims Expenses which the Assured shall become legally obligated to pay because of any Claim or Claims , including Claims for Personal Injury , first made against the Assured and reported to the Underwriters during the Period of Insurance or Extended Reporting Period , arising out of any act, error or omission of the Assured in rendering or failing to render Professional Services on behalf of the Named Assured designated in Item 1 of the Declarations with respect to any trust having assets under management in excess of $10,000,000 at the time of the act, error or omission complained of.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
