Social Security Advisor Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

Social Security Advisor is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services ; and

The following definition of Social Security Advisor is hereby added to this Policy .

" Social Security Advisor " means one who provides estimates of Social Security benefits available to a third party for a fee.

With respect to coverage afforded by this Insurance to any Assured acting in the capacity of a Social Security Advisor the following additional exclusions are added to section IV of the Policy :

any Claim arising out of the sale, recommendation or advice for purchase of any particular financial or insurance product, security or investment;

any Claim arising out of excessive or unwarranted fees or charges of any description assessed by an Assured ; and

any Claim arising out of a knowing violation of an individual's right of privacy.

any actions occurring while the Assured is not licensed and/or registered pursuant to any local, state and/or federal law, ordinance or regulation;

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
