Property Management Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

Property Manager is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services ; and

The following definition of Property Manager is hereby added to this Policy.

" Property Manager " means one who, incident to providing another Professional Service , oversees or supervises the maintenance, and any or all aspects, of existing operations for up to three (3) separate/individual residential real estate unit(s).

With respect to coverage afforded by this Insurance to any Assured acting in the capacity of a Property Manager the following additional exclusions are added to section IV of the Policy :

any Claim based on or arising out of the taking of any adverse or differential action against the Assured’s tenant, legal occupant or any non- Employee because of race, color, religion, age sex, disability, pregnancy, sexual orientation or national origin, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state or local law by any Assured with regard to tenancy, including application for tenancy;

any Claim based on or arising out of any maintenance or repair work, design work, construction, excavation, dismantling or disassembly, erection, fabrication, installation, assembly, manufacture, or supplying of any equipment or materials which are incorporated therein, which is performed in whole or in part by the Assured , any subsidiary of the Assured , by any legal entity under common management or ownership or control with the Assured , or by any entity acting in the capacity of a subcontractor of the Named Insured ;

any Claim based on or arising out of promoting, syndicating, offering, or selling of any interests in any limited partnership;

any Claim based on or arising out of any transaction in which any Assured has a financial interest as a buyer or seller of real property;

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
