Interpleader Administrator Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that the definition of Professional Services is amended to include:

Interpleader Administrator

Section V. DEFINITIONS is amended to include the following:

" Interpleader Administrator " means one designated by court order to distribute a funds or other property deposited with such court within the context of an interpleader action.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
