Additional Insured Endorsement

It is understood and agreed that in consideration of the additional premium charged the entity(ies) listed on the Declarations Page is/are added as additional Assured.

But solely to acts committed or alleged to have been committed by the Named Assured.

Subject to the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the policy this endorsement is attached to.
