Employee of Specific Entity(ies) Exclusion Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that this Policy does not provide coverage for any Claim arising out of work performed as an employee of the entity(ies) listed under Forms & Notices on the Declarations.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
