Cross Liability Clause

It is hereby understood and agreed that in the event of any Claim(s) being brought under both the Lloyd's policy listed under Item Forms & Endorsements of the Declarations Page and this Policy, or any predecessor or renewal thereof as a result of the same or related acts, errors or omissions, the Underwriters' aggregated Limit of Liability under both policies shall not exceed the highest available per claim limit under either policy. Moreover, the highest applicable deductible under either policy shall apply to any such Claim(s).

All other terms and conditions of this Policy remain unchanged
