Specific Drop-Down Insurance Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged it is hereby understood and agreed that the Limits of Liability afforded under this Policy shall apply (subject to all terms and conditions hereunder) in the event that no coverage whatsoever is afforded under the policy listed under Forms & Notices on the Declarations or any predecessor policy thereto:

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
