Certified Divorce Financial Analyst Endorsement
In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that the definition of Professional Services is amended to include:
- Certified Divorce Financial Analyst
Section V. DEFINITIONS is amended to include the following:
- "Certified Divorce Financial Analyst" means one who provides the following services to others for a fee:
- providing financial analysis support to an attorney,
- reviewing tax returns, retirement plans, investment data, business records, and other similar financial documents,
- collecting financial data,
- preparing budgets,
- presenting financial information evidence, and
- managing client expectations.
All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
