Non-Financial Household Manager Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that the definition of Professional Services is amended to include:

• Non-Financial Household Manager

Section V. DEFINITIONS is amended to include the following:

• "Non-Financial Household Manager" means one who for a fee for others:
1. Researches, summarizes options, and facilitates the purchases of household products;
2. Researches, vets, and provides summaries for various household contractor services;
3. Oversees the hiring and management of household contractors; and,
4. Assists with the supervision of household staff.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
