Move Manager Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that the definition of Professional Services is amended to include:

• Move Manager

Section V. DEFINITIONS is amended to include the following:

"Move Manager" means the business solely of contracting with others to arrange the relocation of elderly persons from one residence to another, including the arranging of the sale and purchase of real property, on-site packing and unpacking of personal property and the arranging for the physical movement of personal property for a fee.

"Move Manager" does not mean providing services as a licensed medical practitioner, Fiduciary, social worker, nurse or other health care provider, or providing any actual health care services directly, handyman or artisan contractor, attorney, accountant, financial advisor or money manager, property manager, independent third party escrow agent, real estate and/or construction advisor appraiser or developer, insurance agent and/or broker, or activities involving real estate or other investments. Further the term "Move Manager" does not mean providing transport for personal property or people in business or personal vehicles.

Section IV. EXCLUSIONS is amended to include the following:

any Claim in any way directly or indirectly involving, relating to or arising from the ownership, maintenance, operation or use, including loading and unloading, by or in the interest of or at the direction of the Assured, of any watercraft, aircraft, motor vehicle or conveyance to any type or kind;

any Claim in any way directly or indirectly involving, relating to or arising out of the loading or unloading of any cargo or goods;

any Claim in any way directly or indirectly involving, relating to or arising out of the obtaining of or the failure to obtain licenses for the import or export of cargo, goods and/or materials; the clearing or failure to clear cargo, goods and/or materials through customs; or proving any custom house brokerage services.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
