Legal Document Preparer Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that the definition of Professional Services is amended to include:

• Legal Document Preparer.

Section V. DEFINITIONS is amended to include the following:

"Legal Document Preparer" means one who for a fee for others:
1. Prepares or provides legal documents without an attorney's supervision; or
2. Files and arranges for service of legal documents.
"Legal Document Preparer" does not mean one who:
1. Gives legal advice, opinions, or recommendations to others;
2. Has protected or privileged communications with others; or
3. Helps others who are already represented by an attorney.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
