Daily Money Manager Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is hereby understood and agreed that Section II. DEFINITION OF ASSURED Items C, E, and F are deleted in their entirety and replaced by the following:

any Fiduciary or Daily Money Manager who is a partner in the Named Assured including any incorporated partners and their shareholders but solely for acts on behalf of the Named Assured designated in Item 1 of the Declarations;

any Fiduciary or Daily Money Manager who is a stockholder or member of the corporation, Professional Corporation, Professional Association or Limited Liability Corporation but solely for acts on behalf of such Named Assured ;

any Fiduciary or Daily Money Manager acting as an independent contractor but solely for acts on behalf of the Named Assured designated in Item 1 of the Declarations;

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
