Translator Endorsement

In consideration of the premium charged, it is hereby understood and agreed that the definition of Professional Services is amended to include:

- Translator

Section V. DEFINITIONS of the Policy is amended to include the following:

"Translator" means the business solely of the provision of professional services in the business of Translating and/or Interpreting including, but not limited to, the editing, typesetting, desktop publishing, printing and proofreading of a document, and computer software localization, which the Insured has translated from one language to another.

Section IV. EXCLUSIONS of the Policy is amended to include the following:

any Claim relating to or arising out of mathematical computations and/or the translation or transcription of numerical figures or amounts, including, but not limited to, weights, measurements or currency amounts.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
