Fiduciary Trainer Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

Fiduciary Trainer is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services ;and

The following definition of Fiduciary Trainer is hereby added to this Policy .

" Fiduciary Trainer " means one who provides Fiduciary educational or training services to others.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
