Expert Witness Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

1. "Expert Witness" is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services found in section V of the Policy.
2. The following Definition is added to section V of the Policy:

   "Expert Witness" means one retained to render expert testimony and opinion in connection with legal proceedings or in anticipation of the same, so long as such testimony and opinion is confined to the services rendered by others in any of the capacities included within the definition of Professional Services found in section V of the Policy.

   Analysis, investigation (including forensic accounting), research and writing in preparation for the rendition of expert opinion and testimony is hereby deemed included within the services performed as an Expert Witness.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
