Debt Counselor Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

1. Debt Counselor is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services; and

2. The following definition of Debt Counselor is hereby added to this Policy.

   "Debt Counselor" means one who provides one or more of the following services to others for a fee:

1. collecting, preparing or organizing reports, budgets, correspondence, invoices, other similar financial documents related to a client's financial condition;
2. recommending at least two investment advisors for purposes of developing strategies for the allocation of financial resources among various risk categories, provided that it is the client who instructs the advisors;
3. developing and recommending strategies for retiring or consolidating unsecured consumer debt;
4. corresponding and negotiating with creditors, financial institutions or governmental agencies on a client's behalf for the purpose of retiring indebtedness through agreed upon payment plans; and
5. monitoring a client's progress in adhering to agreed upon debt retirement plans.
3. With respect to coverage afforded by this Insurance to any Assured acting in the capacity of a Debt Counselor the following additional exclusions are added to section IV of the Policy:
• any Claim arising out of the sale, recommendation or advice for purchase of any particular financial or insurance product, security or investment;
• any Claim arising out of excessive or unwarranted fees or charges of any description assessed by an Assured; and
• any Claim arising out of a knowing violation of an individual's right of privacy.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
