Grant Writer Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

1. Grant Writer is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services; and
2. The following definition of Grant Writer is hereby added to this Policy.

   "Grant Writer" means one who provides one or more of the following services to others for a fee:

1. developing proposals in order to secure grant money from governmental agencies and/or charitable foundations that provide grant funds;
2. writing project descriptions regarding the proposals;
3. compiling other information required by grant makers;
4. preparing and submitting grant applications.
3. The coverage afforded under this endorsement does not apply to Damages or Claims Expenses incurred with respect:
1. to any Claim based on or arising out of an actual or alleged conflict of interest by the Assured while rendering professional services;
2. to any Claim based on or arising out of unauthorized use, dissemination or publication of financial or confidential information concerning an individual or business;
3. to any Claim based on or arising out of any actual or alleged misappropriation or unauthorized use of client lists, ideas or concepts.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
