Professional Organizer Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

1. Professional Organizer is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services; and
2. The following definition of Professional Organizer is hereby added to this Policy:
   "Professional Organizer" means one who provides one or more of the following services to others for a fee:
   1. conducting in-person or telephonic assessment interviews to determine a client's organizational needs;
   2. generating written project/action plans for achieving an enhanced level of organization;
   3. establishing goals and project completion timelines for (ii);
   4. implementing organizational plans via individual coaching sessions as well as hands-on demonstrations and training;
   5. recommending organizational-related products, such as proper storage containers, label makers, or office products such as file folders or calendars.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
