NAPP Technical Analyst Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

Technical Analyst is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services ; and

The following definition of Technical Analyst is hereby added to this Policy .

"Technical Analyst" means one who provides one or more of the following services to others for a fee:

conducting competitor intelligence research and analysis;

performing on-line and library technological research;

preparing technology development analyses; and

constructing patent maps and timelines.

"Technical Analyst" does not mean one who renders legal opinions.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
