Patent Practitioner Trainer Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

Patent Practitioner Trainer is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services ; and

The following definition of Patent Practitioner Trainer is hereby added to this Policy .

" Patent Practitioner Trainer " means one who provides Patent Practitioner educational or training services to others.

This endorsement is only to be effective pursuant to:

A signed Patent Institute of Training Student Enrollment Contract for each student.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
