NAPP Intellectual Property Cost Management Consultant Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

Intellectual Property Cost Management Consultant is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services ; and

The following definition of Intellectual Property Cost Management Consultant is hereby added to this Policy .

"Intellectual Property Cost Management Consultant" means one who provides one or more of the following services to others for a fee:

conducting cost, income or market intellectual property valuations;

provision of billing guidelines and procedures;

invoice analysis; and

provision of cost related advice and reports.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
