NAPP Intellectual Property Consultant Endorsement

In consideration of the premium for which this Insurance is written it is understood and agreed that section V of the Policy is hereby amended as follows:

Intellectual Property Consultant is added to the list of insured capacities under the definition of Professional Services ; and

The following definition of Intellectual Property Consultant is hereby added to this Policy .

"Intellectual Property Consultant" means one who provides one or more of the following services to others for a fee:

categorizing a client's existing intellectual property;

identifying a client's potentially patentable technologies;

conducting cost, income or market intellectual property valuations;

managing for clients the invention process leading up to formal invention disclosure;

developing for clients licensing or other commercialization strategies.

All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged.
